I’ve been working in a recruitment environment since 2018. I started in a supporting role for my previous employer, where I became acquainted with the recruitment profession and things grew from there. I currently have a challenging position within QTC Recruitment, in the Biotech/Pharma department.

In my role as an Associate, I’m in contact with many different people of all levels, from starters to professionals. I help these people make their next step in their careers. Since QTC Recruitment is active throughout the Life Science industry, we can advise both our customers and candidates and help with complex issues

Making a difference
No two days at QTC Recruitment are the same. Every day, I learn new things about the industry I work in, namely biotech and pharma. QTC Recruitment is a service-oriented organisation and we want to make a difference for our customers. I’m happy that I can contribute to this.

To me, Creating Value in Life Science means my intercultural background and international experience allow me to better understand organisations and candidates. With each day, I learn more from all the industry experts. This ultimately allows me to assist and serve them better in this innovative and competitive market.
