Customer Relations Manager - German - Hengelo

Function Group: Sales / Customer Support Manager


My client is a leading Medical Devices producer of state of the art equipment and innovative consumables. This organisation has seventeen offices in nine countries, and they are the market leader in various disciplines worldwide. For the German customer relations department, we are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager.


Within this role, you are responsible for German region, and the German customer relations team in the Netherlands and Germany. Additionally, responsibilities that are included in this role will exist of, but are not limited to:

  • Management of the teams in Germany and the Netherlands
  • Responsible for the daily management of the customer relations functions
  • Proactively optimising and streamlining processes and identifying opportunities
  • Escalation point to customer service related issues to resolve and ensure customer’s full satisfaction
  • Ensure all communications are effective, engaging, and promote a culture of learning and knowledge exchange across the organisation


  • Fluent in German and English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing with customers and at all levels internally
  • Experience in a highly regulated/technical industry is a must
  • Five or more years experience customer relations
  • Proven track record in people management, and engaging employees
