Organization

Our client is a multinational which is active in more than 50 countries and employs 89 different nationalities. In over 200 sites, this company works with 25.000 colleagues. The company is divided into four business which all have different business units. Among the businesses they are active in chemicals, food, biotech, medical devices, and pharma.

Function

• You will be supporting business-driven R&D projects for end applications
• Working with genetical and DNA data
• Developing ideas and implementing solutions related to statistics and data science for a broad community of research scientists and developers
• Projects range from medium to high-throughput screenings

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computational science, data science, bioinformatics, statistics, or a related discipline
• 1-5 years experience with data management, processing and analysis, preferably working with biological or process data
• Experience in performing statistical analysis and with statistical design
• Proficiency in at least on programming language
