Since 2017, I have been managing full sales-cycles and new business development in the Nordic/European – market for several companies within Life Science. I have worked within sectors such as medical devices, chemicals and biotechnology, where I have been managing client-business relationships on a daily basis. I joined QTC Recruitment in 2021 as a business developer and have been loving it ever since.
My role as Business Developer consists of being the first point of contact in regard to new clients and new business development in the market. I serve as the link between new clients and the rest of our recruitment-team. My function and responsibilities are to help and serve our clients and guide them all the way from start to finish in the recruitment-process in close collaboration with our associates and consultants.
I love the fact that no day is the same within QTC Recruitment. I am constantly amazed and humbled by the scale and speed of innovations and advances within Life Science. I love the fact that I get to work with people, within this industry, who improve people’s lives and health. Besides that, I am happy and proud to be a part of QTC Recruitment.
For me Creating Value in Life Science means to be a part of the cutting edge within the industry and being able to support the people within the industry. For me Creating Value in the Life Science industry is being able to help our clients and our candidates; enabling them to work together to improve the quality of life for people all over the globe.
Of the four core values of QTC Recruitment, I value integrity the most. I have always felt a special bond with the word integrity. Integrity is always reflected in my business-relationships and with all clients and candidates. Our clients and candidates know that when dealing with me, I always try to build a business-relationship on an open and honest dialog. My clients and candidates know that they can always trust me to deliver and to keep my deadlines. Having a healthy and honest working relationship with people is very important for me.
