About your role

This is how you will make the difference

As an Associate, you are responsible for managing and monitoring the recruitment process. Based on the intakes and interviews you conduct, you will be able to advise clients and candidates and act as an intermediary between them. This enables you to translate the client’s needs into clear candidates profiles.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be building up your personal network within the branch you are active in. You need to have an active network to be able to deliver candidates within a short time-frame. You will write creative vacancy texts for clients as well. You will seek matching candidates through internal and external sources and translate their wishes and requirements to vacancies which fit them the best. You will match the needs of clients with appropriate candidate profiles through a thorough interview. You are responsible for the selection of candidates which match the vacancy best and present them to the client. After that, you will plan the interviews together with clients and prepare the candidates for the interview. You will follow up with candidates after the interview regarding an offer or rejection of the client. In case of an offer, you will have to lead the process to guarantee success. After the placement, you will have contact with the candidate to make sure that everything is going alright at their new employer.

  • A Bachelor/Master working- and thinking level
  • A strong command of the Danish and English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines and goals
