Talent Acquisition has a huge impact on the organisation's growth
The common thread throughout my career is my interest in how people excel in what they do. Therefore, I started studying ‘Work and Organizational Psychology’ for my bachelor’s and continued with my master’s in Business Administration: ‘Human Resources Management’. It gave me a good foundation to start my working life within the ‘People domain’.
Obviously, having people excel within an organisation starts by attracting fitting talent. That is where my career started as well: recruitment. Having experienced in both agency- as corporate recruitment, I am now responsible for attracting and selecting the best fitting talent for QTC Recruitment.
Ambitious growting plans
QTC Recruitment is thé recruitment partner for organisations in the Life Science industry and aims to become the largest Life Science network in Europe. With these ambitious growing plans, my decision to work for QTC Recruitment was made rather easy. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, I contribute to these ambitious plans by finding this best talent throughout Europe.
Our slogan is ‘Creating value in Life Science’. For me this means attracting the best talent for QTC Recuitment. In this way I can truly create value for professionals and our clients by finding the best professionals for our organisation.
When it comes to our core values, “we strive for growth” is the one that fits me best. I really enjoy working in an environment that strive for growth and has the ambition to expand. That growth is one of the core values of the organisation shows how important expanding is for us. Being responsible for Talent Acquisition, I have a huge impact on this growth.
