In 2016, after I had gained some commercial experience, I started at QTC Recruitment as an intern. During my internship, I got to know the organisation and the business better. For this reason, I decided to work in the medical devices & diagnostics team in 2018. I’ve now taken a number of steps towards my current position; Senior Consultant.

What really appeals to me about my position is the glimpse behind the scenes of various organisations and the challenges involved. Helping and advising customers and candidates is very much up my street. I gain a lot of satisfaction from this.

Learning

QTC Recruitment is an organisation that changes quickly and where its employees are entrusted with a lot of responsibility. The sky is the limit, as long as you apply yourself. This gives me the opportunity to really learn a lot.

The Life Science market is an extremely innovative industry that really adds something to society. As I mentioned earlier, I really enjoy advising people. That this is received well and that I can really help customers with this, makes me proud.

Ultimately, being ‘World-class’ is the core value that suits me best. To me it means that I strive for quality in everything I do. From servicing my clients to welcoming ‘new members of our time’; I do this to the best of my ability.
