Previously, I have worked in customer service at The Copenhagen Airport, in the restaurant business as a supervisor and also, in the telemarketing industry. As a Supervisor I was responsible for finding new employees for the team. This sparked my interest in recruitment. Besides my experiences in my jobs, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Chinese from Copenhagen University.

As a supervisor, what I thoroughly enjoyed, I was responsible in selecting, interviewing, and training the new employees. Nevertheless, I was very ‘green’ working in recruitment before starting at QTC Recruitment. I have always loved working with people and being able to use my communicative skills in my workspace; being able to help people. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment on a professional daily base, where every day is different.

People’s person
A common thread in my career is definitely my passion for high level service and communication. Furthermore, I like a challenge – and recruitment keeps on giving challenges. Besides that, I am a real ‘people’s person’. Being a recruiter gives me with this combination the ability to create a win-win situation for our customers and candidates. This is a full circle where everyone wins, and I enjoy being a part of this process.

For me, Life Science is such an important and influential part of the world. It affects us all in that sense that it is an industry which is always growing and developing. I am proud to be able to assist the experts this industry. In Life Science recruitment I learn new things every day.
