This is how you will make the difference

You are responsible for the sales and growth of the products belonging to the Vascular Access Management portfolio. You execute the VAM strategy in line with the business objectives. Key to the approach of different target groups within the hospital is solution selling as part of innovative products. Other activities exist out of developing and executing the sales strategy, cross-collaboration with colleagues of other BU’s, and work on promotional activities such as product presentations, trials, and attending congresses. Trials in particular are a priority as the organisation is focused on supporting clinical professionals through active involvement or a coordinating role.

What you bring

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s level and background out of a hospital environment. Other requirements consist of:
  • Min. 3-5 years of sales experience in a commercial environment;
  • Highly motivated, hard-working and result-driven;
  • Excellent and influential communication and presentation skills;
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to network and build long-term customer relationships;
  • Proficiency in Dutch & English.
