This is how you will make the difference

As an Associate Category Manager, you support the global strategy by enhancing Own Brands, identifying sales opportunities, and managing the product hierarchy. Key tasks include defining strategy, managing SKU's, exploring opportunities for brands, and contributing to sustainability. For new product development, you conduct market research, develop business cases, and oversee product development as a Project Manager. This includes maintaining the product hierarchy and giving advice on the optimal marketing mix. This approach, which includes feedback from clinical professionals, contributes to an effective global category strategy.

What you bring

We are looking for someone with over 4 years of experience in a commercial role who enjoys the combination of contact with healthcare professionals, working on strategic plans, and influencing the quality of a product portfolio. For the rest, the ideal candidate brings:
  • A relevant Bachelors or Masters degree;
  • Experience in the healthcare industry;
  • Knowledge of Drainage & Ostomy products;
  • Strong in internal and external stakeholder management;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Conceptual/strategic skills;
  • Expertise in supporting the optimisation of category assortment.
