This is how you will make the difference

As an Asset Manager, you will oversee the management of analytical lab equipment and automated process installations. This pivotal position reports to the Asset Lead within the Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) organisation, situated within the Upstream Processing (USP) production department. As the system owner, you will seamlessly blend executive and coordinating responsibilities while prioritising process efficiency and quality.

What you bring

In order to be a successful Asset Manager, you possess the following characteristics:  

  • A technical bachelor's or master's degree serves as your foundation;
  • Previous experience within a technical role in a production environment, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals or related sectors. Knowledge of GMP standards is a valuable addition;
  • Familiarity with Computerised System Validation (CSV) and System Data Integrity (DI); 
  • A passion for the continuous improvement methodologies of Lean manufacturing and a mindset of perpetual inspection readiness;
  • Affinity with automated process installations and analytical lab equipment; 
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Ability to work on-site a minimum of 4 days a week in Oss, Netherlands.
