About your role

This is how you will make the difference

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for acquiring new clients in the Nordic region. In the position, you promote the services of QTC Recruitment and ensure that we get access to new clients. You do this by building a strong network, making cold calls and using your own creativity. In addition of being able to talk well, you must also be able to listen carefully to the needs of the potential client. You can bring in new clients via the QTC model, where service and quality are paramount. In addition, as a Business Developer, you are jointly responsible for achieving the team targets and you stay informed of market developments. As a business developer you get the opportunity to develop yourself, develop your sales skills and grow into an international role. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Building your own network in the Life Science market
  • Cold calling to potential clients
  • Delivery of assignments to the consultant
  • Stay informed of developments and opportunities at clients
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date

What's needed

What you bring

We are looking for someone who is independent but a team player as well. Thereby, you have:

  • Experience in Sales / Business Development
  • A very good command of the Danish, Swedish and English language
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines and goals
  • Ambition and determination to succeed
