With an unwavering commitment to enhancing project management excellence, this department develops, implements, and updates PPP governance and standardised methodologies tailored to the different department's unique needs. Their mission extends to fostering a culture of project management, offering Project Management training in collaboration with the Learning & Development department and acting as ambassadors to champion PM values within the organisation. Through knowledge sharing, they create a thriving PM community and facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure qualitative delivery of PMO services. They also play a pivotal role in resource capacity, audit compliance, portfolio selection, PPM tool alignment, and offer mentorship to junior colleagues.
