What you bring
Who are you?
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in MedTech/IVD environment;
- Proven track record of success in international sales and building commercial organizations;
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams of distributors;
- You have an intrinsic interest in adding clinical value for hospitals, which you translate into the right product and business propositions;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- We are not looking for someone who only wants to think strategically/delegate. You are willing to have a direct impact and make your "hands dirty".
