This is how you will make the difference

As the International Sales Manager, you will be the essential driver to successfully grow the business and expand international sales. You will do this by setting strategy and direction and building and leading a small entrepreneurial team. Furthermore, your key responsibilities are establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, key opinion leaders, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. Also, you will monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Lastly, you collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategy and execution with overall company goals.

What you bring

Who are you?

  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in MedTech/IVD environment;
  • Proven track record of success in international sales and building commercial organizations;
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams of distributors;
  • You have an intrinsic interest in adding clinical value for hospitals, which you translate into the right product and business propositions;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • We are not looking for someone who only wants to think strategically/delegate. You are willing to have a direct impact and make your "hands dirty".
