About your role
This is how you will make the difference
Your roles, tasks, and responsibilities will ensure that the company and suppliers work according to regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, MDR 2017/745) in close cooperation with the RA/QA manager. In addition, you will maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), and perform related activities (Complaints handling, post-market surveillance, CAPA). Furthermore, you'll carry out internal and external audits at (potential) suppliers. Furthermore, you will organise and provide input for audits of Notified bodies and clients in close cooperation with the RA/QA manager. Also, you monitor and report quality-related issues at the company’s distributors. Lastly, you proactively collaborate with relevant functions (supply chain, R&D, marketing) to solve quality-related issues.
what's needed
What you bring
We are seeking people with a high level of education (bachelor's or master's title), pragmatic personalities, an international orientation, and a genuine appreciation of health and beauty products. More specified the profile we look for:
- MSc/BSc in the direction of chemistry, pharmaceutical/life sciences, or related field;
- Between 2 to 5 years of work experience with QA and ISO quality management systems, preferably ISO 13485;
- You are punctual and solution-driven;
- You react flexible and decisive on actual market developments;
- Experience or affinity within smaller enterprises;
- Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
