About your role
This is how you will make the difference
As a Senior Business Developer, you are responsible for leading and managing the sales pipeline, increasing the visibility and growth of the business and supporting the marketing/product strategy. You will maintain and build long term relationships with key Cell and Gene therapy partners, engaging both internal and external stakeholders. This is an independent role with a global customer portfolio in which you will act as a trusted partner to Cell and Gene therapy clients in complex internal and external meetings.

What you bring
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate combines a strong commercial profile along with the following characteristics:
- A minimum of Master degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Biochemistry or Biotechnology);
- Exceptional awareness of deal-making landscape;
- 7+ years recent commercial experience and proven track record in similar organisations (e.g., CDMO or similar in the field of Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy);
- Experience with drug development process and GMP operations environment;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages (like Dutch and/or German) are considered a plus;
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time;
- Thorough understanding of biopharmaceutical industry and sensitive to new technology.
