This is how you will make the difference

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing production and assembly processes for new product introductions (NPI). You will ensure that design solutions are optimised for manufacturability and testability (DFA, DFT) and establish robust process specifications. Your expertise will guide the development of machinery and assembly/test tools, alongside conducting thorough risk analyses (PFMEA) to enhance process reliability. You will have key role within the team and work together with all disciplines in the organisation: system engineers, mechanical engineers, precision engineers, production, suppliers and quality.

What you bring

The organisation is looking for someone with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a multidisciplinary team within the Medical Devices industry. Check out the additional requirements below:
  • Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards (ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 14971, etc.);
  • Proficiency in Design for Assembly and Testing (DFA, DFT);
  • Experience in designing process aids and reading technical production drawings;
  • Skilled in process data analysis and use of specific software;
  • Knowledge of process risk management (PFMEA, Control plan, validation);
  • Ability to produce technical process documentation and production documents;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch not required);
  • College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
