This is how you will make the difference

As the Service Manager for The Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of placements and service revenues. Leading a team of Field Service Engineers, Commercial Service, and Dispatch, you will create a culture of exceeding customer expectations and delivering outstanding service. As a natural people leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results. Your strong work ethic, customer focus, and executive presence will be instrumental in realising our goals. Moreover, we value proactive problem solvers who embrace new insights and industry-leading practices. In this role, you will shape our service strategies, drive innovation, and optimise processes to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional customer experiences. Finally, collaboration and building strong relationships are central to our culture. You'll have ample opportunities to connect with internal partners and external contacts, working together to achieve strategic business goals and create a positive and engaging work environment.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, you need:
  • Experience in people management and leading a service team;
  • Proactive and strategic problem solver with a proven track record of business growth;
  • Demonstrated experience in senior roles within field service management, technical management, or operational management;
  • Well-developed executive presence and ability to engage at the highest executive level;
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and interpret business needs.
