This client has set itself the goal worldwide to invest in the major medical issues of our time. They focus on disorders that seriously obstruct people in their functioning or even life-threatening. They focus on finding solutions for diseases that are not yet answered and that require new medicines.

The role of the Senior Recruiter is to develop and deliver end to end recruitment services in line with agreed service levels. This fantastic opportunity based onsite with our client in Boxmeer is an amazing platform to become a trusted advisor within an international organisation. Developing and maintaining constructive relationships with hiring managers will be a critical part of that process. At the same time, you’ll focus hard on ensuring target operating model and SLA’s are delivered against and data integrity is maintained.


  • Facilitating the interview and selection process
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification and on-going talent pooling
  • Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand
  • Identify process improvements
  • Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
  • Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives


  • Experience recruiting within Pharma or Medical Devices is desired although not essential
  • Onsite or agency recruitment experience and – an understanding of what excellent client service looks like is essential
  • Experience managing candidates through the full end to end recruitment process with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experience
  • Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, database searching and headhunting)
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
