As a Business Developer, you are responsible for acquiring new clients in the Nordic region. In the position, you promote the services of QTC Recruitment and ensure that we get access to new clients. You do this by building a strong network, making cold calls and using your own creativity. In addition of being able to talk well, you must also be able to listen carefully to the needs of the potential client. You can bring in new clients via the QTC model, where service and quality are paramount. In addition, as a Business Developer, you are jointly responsible for achieving the team targets and you stay informed of market developments.
