The Business Development Manager’s role involves establishing and managing sales in a specified area focusing on designated accounts to build relationships, grow profitability, improve service and increase sales at active accounts while developing new accounts. The Business Development Manager is required to focus on key products and identify new accounts and organic growth opportunities, always trying to win new business. In addition, dedication to achieving designed company sales goals will be critical to success of the company as a whole.
