You will be responsible for the whole process of the clinical trials from A to Z and basically act as a Project Lead, ensuring the timelines are realistic and are being met. By doing so you are in constant connection with all the relevant stakeholders, internally and external. This in combination with creating the blueprint of the different clinical trial documents you really are the designer, the innovator and thus the real Clinical Trial Lead. Under your watchful eye, deadlines are being met and everyone agrees the highest quality standards have been applied. By reporting to your line manager, you will collaborate with twelve other Clinical Trial Leads across Europe, using the ESP model. At the end of the study or even at the end of every milestone you are one step closer to a better world, an even more positive company reputation, and being an even better professional.


In order to qualify for this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following skillset:

  • A degree in life sciences
  • More than three years of working experience in leading projects
  • Experience working under strict regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural, corporate environment
