They have been successful by offering a modern competitive product and with highly motivated workforce offering innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and minimise the cost of care.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will complete first level troubleshooting with customers. From all over the world you will receive products that need maintenance. You wil coordinate this whole process and also coordinate the process of sending a (temporary) replacement product. There is a big variety of tasks like documenting customer complaints, orders and shipments but also a bit of sterilising, shipping, repacking and restocking products. What makes it a varied job which challenges you to roll up your sleeves time to time. You will support and coordinate the technical team and you will be a point of contact for customers.
You will also check and verify the products that are returned, follow-up on repaired or replaced material and follow-up on out warranty devices repair fee. You wil need computer skills to compile data and generate requested reports, report field failures and enter service orders.
