Customer Service Representative - Utrecht

For a leading organisation in the medical devices industry with a wide range of medical devices and products, located in Utrecht, we are looking for an experienced and seasoned Customer Service Representative for the French/Benelux B2B and B2C markets. Within the medical market, this company is known for its rich heritage of medical breakthroughs and innovations which are used by hospitals all around the world.


As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for all day-to-day activities in the customer service in the B2B and B2C markets. This includes the responsibility to retain and attract customers, another part of the job is to accompany the whole process from the ordening of the products until the delivering and aftercare.

In this role, the representative will work on daily basis with various stakeholders in planning, storage, sales, etc. So excellent social skills will be crucial.


  • Earlier experience in customer service is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French is a must
  • Strong communicational skills
  • Being able to engage with customers
  • Proactive attitude
