Customer Service Specialist Dutch - Utrecht

For a leading organisation with a wide range of medical devices and products, located in Utrecht, we are looking for an experienced and seasoned Customer Service Representative for the Dutch B2B and B2C market. Within the medical market, this company is known because of its rich heritage of medical breakthroughs and innovations which are used by hospitals all around the world.


The Customer Service Specialist, is responsible for the execution of the day-to-day activities in the department, such as customer relationship management and building, order and logistics management, and advising new or existing clients in your market. In this role you are the linking pin between sales, supply chain, and our customers in the Dutch region. In this role you are always striving to deliver extraordinary value to the customer, keep improving on the service and processes, and involved in innovation projects.


  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Speaking another foreign language is a plus
  • Two years working experience in customer oriented environment
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks while remaining self-directed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and integer approach
  • Living in the Netherlands
