For a leading organisation with a wide range of medical devices and products, located in Utrecht, we are looking for an experienced and seasoned Customer Service Supervisor for the French/Benelux B2B and B2C market. Within the medical market, this company is known for its rich heritage of medical breakthroughs and innovations which are used by hospitals all around the world.
The Customer Service Supervisor, is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities in the department, including customer relationship management and building, resource management related to order management and logistics, and continuous improvements of the current processes and people management. Achieving the highest customer satisfaction while maintaining the lowest possible cost is the goal in this role. Therefore collaborations with stakeholder in logistics, planning, sales, finance, and customers is key.
