We are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager for a globally operating organisation within the laboratory diagnostics market. They are one of the key players in the global In-Vitro Diagnostics market. This organisation has been growing over the last couple of years and is now looking to further professionalise their marketing department.

This department exists out of two teams; one focusses on technical product management and the second team is the go-to-market team. You will be a part of the latter, consisting out of five people with a European focus. The company culture is very open, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. This organisation is heavily investing in new projects and products.


The Digital Marketing Manager supports the growth of the revenues according to the 5-year business plan, by creating valuable and appealing content that attracts and converts pre-defined target groups. The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for the overall online and offline marketing strategy. You will be surrounded by very strong professionals with a scientific focus and translate all the market insights into a global marketing approach. By doing so, you will be the key to the success of, among others, sales representatives and distributors. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating content, driving online campaigns, arranging (online) events, and improving online visibility. The complexity of the job is in the fact that they have a larger product portfolio over 300 products where you will be responsible for, in combination with multiple new innovation projects you will be managing and executing at the same time.

The preferred working location for this role is Frankfurt, Germany, or Newcastle, United Kingdom. The role can be performed partially remote, whereas you do not have to be in the office five days a week.


The following requirements are must haves:

  • At least two years of experience in a commercial role, with a focus on digital/online marketing
  • At least two years of experience within in vitro diagnostics (IVD)
  • Project management experience. You will have to deal with a large portfolio of more than 200 products, and multiple initiatives/projects you will have to manage.

Next to that, the ideal candidate has the following profile:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a scientific focus
  • Very proactive and entrepreneurial personality
  • Experience with working in an international environment with different cultures
  • Fluent English proficiency, any additional languages like German, French, or Spanish are preferred
