As Group Agricultural Manager reporting to the Group COO and in collaboration with the Group Barley and Risk Manager, and the seeds Manager, you will be responsible for managing the malting barley origination program focused on farmers or via coops to ensure barley availability in quality and in volumes globally and in adequation with customer expectations. In this role, you will lead the efforts to create a long-term origination program which while being sustainable will anticipate worldwide markets in barley growth and mitigates exposure and risks of ever-changing climate and weather conditions worldwide.
