For an international developer, producer, and supplier of high-quality optic products, we are looking for a Head of Marketing Eyecare. In half a century, this company has grown from a local player into an internationally operating organisation with a market share in 100 countries. Within their strategy, innovation is very important and this is, in part, why this organisation is restructuring their marketing department. The EMEA team is expected to grow, and therefore we are looking for a Head of Marketing who will ensure the foundation of the future growth is guaranteed.
As a Head of Marketing EMEA, the main focus is to set up a marketing strategy for the coming five years and beyond. The organisation has chosen to centralise the EMEA activities from the Netherlands outward, and you will lead this from the marketing perspective out. This means you will be responsible for understanding the different markets and their needs as well as roll out a successful plan, in which you will play an active role in terms of execution. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building a team with the Product Manager and a Digital Manager, managing distributors, and both the digital as the offline marketing strategy.
