For an international specialist in the development of over-the-counter (OTC) medication, we are looking for a Lead Process Engineer with a clear goal to make healthcare accessible to all layers of society. You will lead the R&D team in the different stages of drug development and in particular injectables. The design and development of complex formulations based on the chemical engineering principles is part of your responsibilities besides leading the team. You will model and simulate them as well as help design scale-up, validation protocols for campaigns and identify improvement opportunities to add strength and resilience. Working together with all of the teams involved, you will also translate the scale up in such a manner that everyone meets the deadlines. This means you will also visit plants in India, giving you the opportunity to discover new food, culture and people.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication, coordination skills and a passion to stay up to date in the technical field to achieve broader objectives. Are you focused on continuous improvement, quality and safety and ready to bring the company to the next level?


The ideal candidate would look something like this:

  • MSc or PhD within pharmaceuticals
  • Experience as a Process Engineer and leadership experience
  • Team player
  • Eager to keep learning about the latest developments
  • Focus on improvement, quality and safety
