For an international manufacturing and trading company specialised in cocoa, we are looking for a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator. You are the main point of contact for the customer, transporters, factories and warehouses.
The main tasks of the Logistics Customer Service Coordinator are being the main point of contact for the customer, working closely with the planners and maintaining contact with transporters, factories and warehouses all over the world. Your responsibilities will also include contract management and thorough order processing. Furthermore, your experience gives you the basis to help your colleagues from a helicopter view, this enables you to elevate the service level of the desk to an (even) higher level. Besides this, you coordinate and organise the delivery to the customer from A to Z and come up with improvement proposals for increasing the efficiency of the desk.
