For an organisation active in devices using natural ingredients, we are searching for an Operations Coordinator. This organisation is specialised in wound-related devices and is partnered with works through international partnerships and distribution network to sell their products in over 60 countries world-wide. The organisation is small in size but huge in ideas and entrepreneurship, and therefore they aim to develop and market two new innovations each year. They have been successful doing this for the last twenty years since they were founded and have developed a broad product portfolio.

Because of the COVID-19 crisis, they have started a new production line of FFP 2 face masks to help with the world-wide shortage. This is next to the usual production activities. This has resulted in an interesting combination of devices being developed at this organisation.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and CEO to drive the daily operations and make sure it runs smoothly.

The role requires exceptional time management skills, good communication abilities, and an understanding of task-tracking and project management approaches. Besides, the ideal candidate has:

  • Adequate experience as a coordinator in a business environment

  • Preferably experience with managing production planning
  • Bachelor’s level education in supply chain, operations management, or event management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal

This role gives you the chance to:

  • Make a difference in the COVID-19 crisis
  • Have strong influence on an internationally operating organisation
  • Earn a salary of €2,000 to €3,000 gross per month, depending on experience
