For an international organisation active in the medical and pharmaceutical business we are looking for a QA Manager. This organisation is active in systems containing hard and software, which are used in hospitals and clinics.


As a QA Manager you are responsible for the daily business of the quality department. This includes leading a group of QA employees, professionalising the department and keeping the strategie of the company in mind.

Other responsibilities include: actively participating in process optimisation project by being part of multidisciplinary project teams, being responsible for implementing, monitoring and optimising the quality processes, improving and expanding the quality policies according to laws and regulations, internal & external audits.


  • Bachelor level education
  • Five years of experience in a similar role, including leading a team
  • Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO9001, MDD/MDR
  • Knowledge of automation systems
  • Analytical ability
  • Strong communicator
  • Preferably: knowledge of GDP

  • A salary set at a mid-point of €70,000 gross per year (exact salary is dependent on your experience and expertise)
