For a renowned producer of high-grade cosmetics, supplements and pharmaceuticals we are currently looking for a QA Officer to join the already existing team. This producer has over one hundred years of experience. Therefore, the company has had the ability to build state-of-the-art production facilities to accelerate the development and production process of the aforementioned products. Their ambition is to further grow, professionalise and keep delivering the best services to their clients.
As a QA Officer, you will be employed both in the quality systems as within the operation. This means that you will have a lot of contact with internal and external (international) stakeholders, including the large client-base of this organisation. Responsibilities you may think about are supervising audits, both internal as external with suppliers. Updating the diverse documentation systems and map out organisational processes, procedures and work instructions will be areas you as a QA Officer will be in charge of. Additionally, conducting root cause investigations following complaints and deviations, and signalling improvements regarding processes and systems will be part of your activities. An important part of your role will be testing the quality system and making sure its up to par with the legislation and company standards (GMP/HACCP and ISO). Lastly, you will be the go-to person regarding the review and approval of protocols and reports.
