For a Dutch biotech company in Oss focusing on cell therapy, we are currently looking for an experienced QC Technician. The company has developed the world’s first GMP compliant NK Cell platform that is ready for industrial scale-up and is looking for additional help to make this happen. You will be part of a young talented team of driven QC professionals in a GMP environment with activities related to cell therapy and regenerative medicines.


The role entails a broad range of duties and the specific areas of focus will be dependent on the skills and experience of the person holding the role. The basic responsibility is to ensure that all relevant samples are tested in a timely manner to support batch release, stability studies, and clinical studies. As a QC Technician, you have a variable task package. You will perform testing on QC- samples, develop and validate analytical methodes for clinical samples, and qualify and maintenance the analytical equipment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for other tasks, including:

  • Contact with contract laboratories regarding testing of samples
  • Creating of analytical method validation protocols and reports
  • Creating analytical methods and related test protocols
  • Set up and co-ordinate stability studies
  • Creating stability protocols and reports
  • Perform trend analysis on analytical results
  • Management of reference standard and control samples
  • Initiating analytical method deviations and change controls
  • Maintaining QC-related procedures


The perfect candidate meets the following requirements for this role:

  • Relevant technical education MBO+ or HBO
  • 2 years of experience within GMP environment
  • 2 years of experience in flow cytometry analytical testing
  • Independent and able to work in small teams
