For a rapidly growing scale-up active in the medical devices industry, we are looking for a Quality Complaints Specialist with experience within the medical devices industry (ISO:13485). The organisation develops and produces innovative and life changing electronic medical devices with the goal to give people more time to enjoy life, and be a company where people can rely on. Currently, the organisation experiences tremendous growth, and is expected to become a global leader in the near future. At the moment, about 100 employees work at the organisation, which mainly consist of talented and ambitious professionals who believe in a work hard/play hard approach. You will be part of the quality department which now consists of 15 employees and reporting directly to the Vice President Quality and Regulatory.
Within this role as Quality Complaints Specialist, you will be the main contact person for complaints handling internally and externally, which is a combination of both quality and regulatory aspects ensuring top quality of the site, products, and processes. The organisation is expected to tenfold their production next year, and therefore it is essential that complaints are handled correctly, but also data and trend analysis are of key importance in order to improve and optimise current processes. Next to that, you will be giving a presentation with your team, consisting out of three persons in total, regarding the internal and external complaints and counter measures to the management once a week. Besides the quality department, you will be working closely with other departments, such as research and development, production, sales, and logistics, to ensure compliance.
