For a global leader in the bioprocessing industry, we are looking for multiple Quality Control Analysts. The organisation is a global leader in the field of filtration products, and the industries that they supply to include medical devices, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical. By supplying these key industries, the organisation plays an essential role and aims to improve product quality and safeguard health throughout the entire product lifecycle. Currently, they are scaling up their production activities in the Netherlands by making this their main manufacturing location for the EMEA region. Within this role, you will be part of the quality department, setting the quality standard with a newly established team, and at the forefront of a great adventure full of potential.


Within this role, you will report directly to the Quality Director and will be primarily responsible for performing in-process testing. The analytical activities supporting this position include FTIR analysis, bioburden, and endotoxin analysis of samples. The successful candidate will support activities for facilities including collection of Environmental Monitoring data in the clean rooms as well as RODI collection and analysis. The candidate will actively follow the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in support of the Bioprocessing manufacturing processes and final product testing, including additional laboratory compliance as assigned by the Quality Director. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing final release testing of final product and documents results for product release and assist with any additional related QC requirements
  • Performing bio-burden and endotoxin analysis of samples including product and water
  • Performing FTIR analysis of resins
  • Carrying out monitoring of controlled environments and records data for trend analysis
  • May assist with OOS investigations, CAs, deviations, and change controls associated with QC testing
  • Performing RODI water collection and testing
  • Supporting stability studies
  • Supporting documentation review and peer review


We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

  • BSc in biology, chemistry, or a related field
  • More than three years of experience in Quality Control in a laboratory environment or equivalent
  • Familiarity with SAP and Canea is preferred
  • High attention to detail applied to all aspects of daily activities
  • Ability to work efficiently in an ISO-9001 quality system with appropriate attention to detail in the performance of controlled procedures
  • Experience in the following QC assays Microbiological assays (environmental monitoring, water testing, bio-burden, endotoxin)
