For an international organisation that develops, manufactures and sells high-tech medical solutions, we are searching for a Quality Manager. This organisation is a market leader in their field with sales in more than 20 countries. Multiple assembly sites can be found throughout the world and quality is one of their main business priorities.
As a Quality Manager, you contribute to multiple levels of the organisation. These are strategy, tactics and operations. In this role, you will be part of the management team (MT). You will report directly to the global quality responsible and will be quality-responsible for the local site. Your main goal is assuring that the company’s QMS conforms to ISO 13485, FDA and other legal requirements. You will accomplish this goal together with a small team of four QA professionals who report directly to you.
This organisation is looking for someone who can communicate with all levels of the organisation, and through this communication, can develop, drive, and implement structural solutions. This asks for a commercial mindset and strong skills in quality areas such as: problem solving, global complaint handling, supplier quality control, and professionalisation of several business processes. Due to the complexity of the developed products, a technical background is a must.
