Our client is a fast-growing multinational with more than 35.000 employees, that provides its customers with high-quality laboratory research and advice and is currently looking for a (Senior) Account Manager. This client is the global market leader in bio-analytical testing for food, water, the environment and pharmaceutical products.
An important goal of the (Senior) Accountmanager is to actively recruit new customers within the food and feed sector, focusing on a new proposition for the fruit and vegetable market. Important in this role is that you know how to reach new customers and break open a new market. Besides increasing the market leadership, you will be strengthening the maintaining existing contacts. You proactively advise clients about the total package of bioanalysis and the pesticide portfolio specifically, in collaboration with analytical service employees. Furthermore, you explore customer requirements and you are able to translate these into the possibilities of the laboratory. At the backend of the process you prepare quotes and you conclude contracts. You track market developments and translate these into concrete possibilities and opportunities that supports the company’s growth strategy. The name “sales hunter” applies to you.
