For an international manufacturing and trading company specialised in cocoa, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Manager. You will be responsible for supervising the whole department to deliver seamless and high quality product support to service the customer.
The main tasks of the Senior Customer Service Manager are the following: You are the main point of contact for the customer, you work closely with the planners and you maintain contact with transporters, factories and warehouses all over the world. Your responsibilities will also include contract management and thorough order processing. Furthermore, your experience gives you the basis to help your colleagues from a helicopter view, this enables you to elevate the service level of the desk to an (even) higher level. Besides this, you coordinate and organise the delivery to the customer from A to Z and come up with improvement proposals for increasing the efficiency of the desk.
Besides the before mentioned factors you are excellent in communicating and have strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
