Strategic Account Manager - Utrecht

Function Group: Sales / Sales Manager


For a global leading medical devices organisation, we are looking for a Strategic Account Manager. This is a very senior position in which you will be responsible for strategic partnerships with key accounts and business units.


You will be responsible for aligning the different interest between the Sales Leaders and business units. You will also take ownership of the strategic and tactical plans for new business development and guide the extended sales teams to maximise revenue. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain strategic business relationships, mainly within the Netherlands, and participate in business decisions on account level.


  • Bachelor/Master’s degree
  • Experience within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record in tender processes
  • Key account management skills
  • Experienced in dealing with DMU’s and stakeholders within hospitals
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
