About your role

This role involves troubleshooting and fixing issues with machinery, as well as providing technical support to clients. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in electronics and mechanical engineering to resolve complex issues and improve efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver exceptional service. The Field Service Engineer will be a critical link between our organisation and our clients, ensuring that we meet and exceed their expectations.
