About your role
This is how you will make the difference
As a Laboratory IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier technical support for the organisation's laboratory personnel and ensuring the flawless operation of the IT systems and infrastructure of the organisation. In addition, as a vital member of the Lab Support Engineers community, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the highest standards and best practices, facilitating the integration of cutting-edge technologies within the organisation.

What you bring
To be successful in this role, the ideal profile comprises the following characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with a specialised focus on AI and machine learning;
- A minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in laboratory IT support;
- An accomplished background within the Pharmaceutical/biotech industry;
- Proven expertise in the development and implementation of AI-based solutions tailored to laboratory workflows;
- Profound knowledge of network infrastructure and security, encompassing LAN/WAN and VPNs;
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities;
- Seasoned experience in a client-facing environment.
