As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), your role is crucial in engaging with external customers, particularly healthcare professionals (HCPs) in hospitals. You’ll facilitate two-way communication between the company and its clients, bridging the gap between the HCPs and our organization. As an MSL in this highly innovative and high-quality oriented pharmaceutical organisation you will be a Therapeutic Area expert. Furthermore, your role entails; Pre-launch: Identifying and establishing relationships with (KOLs) in the Netherlands and the Nordic region; conducting introductory meetings with KOLs and HCPs, providing contact information, and gauging their professional interest; engaging with current and potential investigators to share information about our innovative, yet unapproved product to assess their interest in research participation; presenting data to address scientific and medical inquiries without promoting specific products; participating in scientific events, advisory boards, and medical education meetings organized by the Medical Affairs team. Post-launch: Conducting scientific exchanges in a strictly non-promotional manner; facilitating the communication of safety and risk information to stakeholders; conducting medical insight surveys to identify potential product-related issues or aspects; proactively sharing information about unapproved indications with current and potential investigators to gauge their interest in research participation.
