About your role

This is how you will make the difference

We are currently recruiting for a Scientist Cell Therapy who is responsible for the process development of Cell- and Gene Therapy products. In this position you will, among others: Work in the development laboratory to support process development of Cell- and  Gene Therapy products;   Contribute to GMP manufacturing of Cell- and Gene Therapy products for clinical trials;   Support the identification of customer needs and propose appropriate solutions;   Contribute to the design of project proposals based on client specifications, planning, resource  forecast, and consumable estimate; Be responsible for experimental planning;   Collaborate with Analytics and QC to support assay development and validation;   Act as expert in internal and client meetings, when the Lead or Sr. Scientist is absent.

What you bring

As Scientist Cell Therapy you will recognise yourself in the following:

PhD/Msc in a relevant field (biomedicine, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar);  
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Cell- and Gene Therapy;  
Knowledge of GMP standards;  
Experience with complex cell therapy products based on for example stem cells, iPSCs,  (CAR)T-cells, NK-cells, Mesenchymal Stromal Cells, or dendric cells;  
Experienced in writing SOPS;  
Good record-keeping skills;  
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;  
Hands-on experience with the relevant platforms, processes, and systems used.
