About your role
This is how you will make the difference
- Build and manage a structured sales funnel
- Lead feasibility studies and act as project manager towards customers
- Translate technical solutions into clear customer value (solution selling)
- Build and maintain a strong network within the pharmaceutical industry (including conferences and trade shows)
- Drive cross- and upsell opportunities (from one system to multiple solutions)
- Contribute to opening new markets and segments
what's needed
What you bring
- A Life Sciences or Engineering-related educational background
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in manufacturing, fill & finish, or visual inspection
- Experience managing complex sales processes
- Understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and/or lab development
- Proven experience in lead generation, stakeholder management, and closing deals
- Experience with or affinity for small batch production is a strong plus
- Hands-on and proactive — you take ownership and act independently
- Entrepreneurial — creative and capable of building and developing a market
- Strong communication and influencing skills across different stakeholder levels
- Analytical and curious — driven to understand customer processes and challenges in depth
- Reliable and transparent — you deliver on commitments and communicate openly
