This is how you will make the difference

You will be responsible for driving the growth, strategy and profitability of an international X-Ray business line. Working closely with customers, OEMs, research institutes and internal stakeholders, you will identify new business opportunities, shape product roadmaps and strengthen the company's position within the medical imaging market.This role combines business development, product strategy and commercial ownership. You will act as the voice of the market, translating customer needs into innovative solutions while building long-term strategic partnerships. Operating in a highly international environment, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers and project managers to senior leadership and executive teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the business line strategy and growth plans
  • Identify new applications, markets and customer opportunities
  • Develop and manage the product and innovation roadmap
  • Build strategic relationships with customers, OEMs and research institutes
  • Drive business development activities and support new project acquisition
  • Develop business cases and support new product introductions
  • Manage forecasting, revenue planning and profitability targets
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales and Product Management
  • Represent the business at international conferences, exhibitions and customer meetings

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a technology-driven commercial environment, preferably within Medical Imaging, Medical Devices or Healthcare Technology
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Product Management, Business Line Management, Strategic Account Management or a similar role
  • Strong combination of technical understanding and commercial capabilities
  • Experience working with international customers, OEMs and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to build credibility with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and long-term customer relationships
  • Strong strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in an international environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25%)
