Business Line Manager X-Ray

We are looking for a Business Line Manager to take ownership of an international X-Ray business line within a highly innovative technology environment. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategy, business development, product management and commercial leadership in a role with direct impact on future growth and profitability.

About your role
This is how you will make the difference
- Define and execute the business line strategy and growth plans
- Identify new applications, markets and customer opportunities
- Develop and manage the product and innovation roadmap
- Build strategic relationships with customers, OEMs and research institutes
- Drive business development activities and support new project acquisition
- Develop business cases and support new product introductions
- Manage forecasting, revenue planning and profitability targets
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales and Product Management
- Represent the business at international conferences, exhibitions and customer meetings
what's needed
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a technology-driven commercial environment, preferably within Medical Imaging, Medical Devices or Healthcare Technology
- Proven experience in Business Development, Product Management, Business Line Management, Strategic Account Management or a similar role
- Strong combination of technical understanding and commercial capabilities
- Experience working with international customers, OEMs and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to build credibility with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and long-term customer relationships
- Strong strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in an international environment
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25%)
