This is how you will make the difference

In this role, you will act as the primary clinical and commercial point of contact for hospitals across the Netherlands, taking ownership of relationships within your region. You will focus on growing and developing existing accounts while also identifying new departments and hospital opportunities. By understanding clinical needs and hospital workflows, you will translate these into tailored infusion solutions that deliver real value in daily practice. You will be responsible for providing clinical training, product demonstrations, and on-site support to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Building strong, trusted relationships with nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and key decision-makers will be central to your success, as will close collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and clinical teams to drive regional growth and long-term impact.

What you bring

The ideal candidate brings a strong clinical foundation combined with the mindset and ambition to grow into a successful field-based commercial role, and possesses the following: • Healthcare background is essential; nursing experience is strongly preferred• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical devices, or hospital-facing roles• Comfortable discussing clinical topics with medical and nursing stakeholders• Commercial mindset with resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn• Independent, structured, and confident managing a national, field-based role• Fluent in Dutch and English, with a valid driver’s license
