Manufacturing & Supplier Development Lead to support their manufacturing scale-up. The role
involves defining strategies for capacity growth, product quality, delivery, and cost management.
You will oversee daily operations with contract manufacturers and key suppliers, impacting

About your role
This is how you will make the difference
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop and (re)negotiate supply agreements with CMOs alongside Procurement,
focusing on capacity and cost improvements.
• Acts as an escalation point for CMO process engineers in case issues are experienced
during projects or daily production which the CMO cannot be resolved.
• Support a continuous improvement culture between the company and CMOs, utilizing
continuous improvement techniques as applicable.
• Build and lead the Contract Manufacturing/Supplier Development team.
• Align and manage scaling projects with contract manufacturers, tracking progress and
leading reviews.
• Oversee projects involving CMOs, working closely with project managers on
development, scaling, quality, and cost.
• Monitor and control project budgets and ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintain project baselines, risk logs, and report progress using the company PMO
framework.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ISO 13485.

What you bring
Required:• Minimum BSc in Engineering - related Field• 7+ years in process engineering and contract management within an outsourced supplychain.• Expertise in setting up, negotiating, and managing supply agreements.• Proven track record in productivity, cost, and quality improvement with CMOs.• Experience in staff development and management.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering tools; familiarity with ERP systems.• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to maintain positive vendor relationships.• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
