This is how you will make the difference

As a Field Service Engineer, you are a part of the Service team and provide onsite technical support and expertise on the client's product range in the Netherlands (North). Your tasks and responsibilities include providing 1st level technical support and expertise onsite, installation, upgrades and planned preventive maintenance for the client's customers, feedback regarding technical cases and solutions between customers and the client, good cooperation with all departments involved (Sales, Marketing, Customer support, Management and the Application team), following of procedures and guidelines to guarantee quality at all times.

What you bring

Do you have what it takes? Ideally you have a background in biomedical engineering and comparable experience in medical and/or laboratory instrumentation and IVD. A solid basic knowledge of IT and (laboratory) networks is an absolute plus.
  • Solid knowledge of electronics, mechanics and robotics;
  • Dynamic, flexible and proactive attitude;
  • A customer-oriented focus is a must;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language;
  • Driving License B.
